The Role
We are looking for a Speaker Partnerships Manager to help us grow the global network of speakers on the SpeakUp platform. In this role, you will identify and onboard high-profile experts and thought leaders while building long-term relationships with speakers across multiple industries.
You will work directly with entrepreneurs, investors, authors, public figures, and industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-profile speakers and thought leaders to the platform
- Build relationships with founders, executives, investors, authors, influencers, and keynote speakers
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social platforms
- Present the value of SpeakUp to potential speakers and partners
- Hold introductory calls with prospective speakers
- Support speakers in creating and optimizing their profiles on the platform
- Maintain long-term relationships with key speakers and strategic partners
- Track and manage the pipeline of speaker partnerships
Target Speaker Profiles
You will work with speakers such as:
- Tech founders
- AI experts
- Corporate executives
- Keynote speakers
- Bestselling authors
- Influencers and public figures
- Athletes and industry leaders
Many speakers on the platform typically charge $10k+ per speaking engagement.
Primary focus regions:
- United States
- Middle East
- Latin America
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience working with VIP clients, public figures, or industry leaders
- Background in talent management, PR, partnerships, speaker bureaus, or media relations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote international team
