Special Projects & Partnerships Manager

(UAE | Payments Technology | POS | FoodTech Ecosystem)

Geidea is a leading payments technology company enabling businesses across the region through innovative payment solutions, merchant technology, and digital commerce capabilities.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Special Projects & Partnerships Manager to join our UAE team and support some of our most strategic growth initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building executive relationships, and developing partnerships that drive measurable business growth. This is not a traditional account management role — we are looking for a commercially minded individual who can open doors, build ecosystems, and convert strategic opportunities into long-term value.

Role Overview

Reporting to the POS Sales Director, you will lead strategic commercial initiatives across the UAE, including enterprise opportunities, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.

You will work across the wider business to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic alliances, manage high-value RFPs, and build relationships with enterprise customers, technology partners, hospitality groups, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, and complex commercial engagements
  • Build and manage partnerships across POS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, ERP, ordering platforms, and payments ecosystems
  • Develop joint commercial initiatives with strategic partners to create new revenue opportunities
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners
  • Identify new market opportunities across hospitality, F&B, retail, and digital commerce sectors
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and senior stakeholder meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to deliver successful outcomes

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a commercially strong professional with:
  • 5–7+ years experience in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management
  • Experience within POS, payments, SaaS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, or enterprise software
  • Proven success managing complex commercial opportunities and negotiations
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem, particularly hospitality, F&B, retail, and technology sectors
  • Existing relationships with enterprise customers, technology providers, hospitality groups, or strategic partners
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives and building long-term commercial relationships
