Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for surgical procedures and manage perioperative patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Perform preoperative assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans considering patient health and surgical requirements
- Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthetic management accordingly to ensure safety
- Oversee postoperative care focusing on pain control and complication prevention
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia and perioperative care
- Engage in continuous professional development and training activities
Requirements
- Medical degree specializing in Anesthesiology
- Board certification in Anesthesiology or Perioperative Care
- Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or UAE
- Proven clinical experience in anesthesiology and perioperative patient management
- In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and perioperative protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
