-Responsible for maintaining the IT Operations Support guidelines, documentation, and processes in accordance with business and support needs.
-Establishes best-practices and support techniques; streamlines issue resolution.
-Ensures the technical support issues reported by the business and other teams are resolved satisfactorily.
-Continuously engages with various departments such as the operations and Infrastructure another
stakeholders to enhance and streamline processes.
-Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial and operations requirements as required.
-Works with the project management team on new software implementations.
-Participate in solving project issues and risks, and reviews the associated impact to project scope, timelines, and resources.
-Recommends and coordinates ongoing user training as necessary.
-Overall maintenance of existing programs and IT systems, including the testing and rollout of all changes and upgrades.
-Creates appropriate documentation and effectively communicates status and potential organizational changes that may result out of a project's scope.
-Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in applications.
-Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
-Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
