About noon send

noon send is the quick-commerce delivery arm of noon, offering on-demand delivery across the UAE on our own proprietary fleet and last-mile infrastructure. We move parcels for marketplaces, D2C brands, SMEs, and enterprise shippers - at speed, with reliability, and at scale.

We're looking for a hungry, high-energy Business Development Executive to drive top-of-funnel growth for noon send. You'll own lead generation, qualification, and early-stage partner conversations , building the pipeline that powers our commercial engine. This is a hands-on, KPI-driven role for someone who wants to learn how a fast-growth logistics business is built from the ground up.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

  • Own a defined book of business: source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close merchants across mid-market and emerging enterprise segments.
  • Build commercial proposals - understand merchant fulfilment economics, current 3PL setup, and pain points; translate them into a tailored noon send proposal.
  • Lead negotiations through to signed agreements, working closely with legal, finance, and operations.
  • Manage the first 60–90 days of each new account - coordinating integration (API/dashboard onboarding), launch volumes, and early performance reviews.
  • Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly targets on signed merchants, live merchants, and revenue.
  • Build category-level and segment-level views - identify whitespace and propose go-to-market plays (e.g., fashion D2C, pharma, F&B aggregators, marketplace sellers).

What you'll need:

  • 2 - 4 years in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or commercial partnerships - strong preference for logistics, last-mile, e-commerce enablement, payments, or SaaS sold into e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated track record of carrying and hitting a quota / commercial target.
  • Strong commercial instincts - comfortable with unit economics, pricing models, margin conversations.
  • Analytical and structured. familiarity with AI tools
  • UAE market experience strongly preferred; existing relationships with e-commerce / D2C / retail merchants in the UAE is a major plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred (you'll be out meeting clients)
