About the Job:

Provide technical support to the chartering team ensuring that all formalities are completed for the chartering activities.

Job Specific Accountabilities

u2022 u00A0Assist in activities relating to the chartering in / out of ships, providing administrative and technical support.
u2022u00A0 Prepare related documentations in order to meet requirements for ship utilization in line with standards and requirements.
u2022u00A0 Provides technical and administrative assistance during negotiation phase of the terms of charter in order to ensure achievement of terms and conditions commercially favorable and terms and conditions meet requirements.
u2022u00A0 Prepare reports and document and file relevant market information and ensure that required information is made available on a timely and professional manner.
u2022u00A0 Maintain data base and contact details of internal and external parties. Receive and advise information as instructed for smooth flow of chartering activities.

Minimum Requirements:

u2022 University degree in a commercial discipline or equivalent qualification.
u2022 5-10 years relevant and principal experience in energy sector working with an international Oil company/ Owner / Operator / Cargo Trader dealing

Professional Certifications

u00A0

• Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (preferred).
