Job Description

Preparation, processing, negotiation, review, and completion of administrative procedures for all Company contracts.

Review and prepare required contracts for all departments and submit recommendations to the manager.

Collect, audit, and distribute information and data necessary for the preparation of agreements and contracts.

Prepare and complete procedures for the application forms of contracting, follow up on contract amendments, and other related matters.

Ensure that contracts match the requirements of SAUDIA and the Kingdom's regulations and attend the related internal meetings.

Act as a Company representative in negotiations with suppliers when conducting contracts.

Prepare, process, and review requests for proposals related to the sale, purchase, or maintenance of aircraft and any other related requests.
