About the job:
We're looking for a talented Arabic/bilingual Editorial Specialist to join our team to craft engaging content for two brands - Discover Saudi, a leading Destination Management Company, and Mawasim, a Hajj & Umrah solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling, original content in Arabic for a wide range of formats, including websites, newsletters, brochures, and social media.
- Develop and write travel packages, itineraries, and promotional materials that inspire and convert.
- Collaborate closely with business and creative teams to produce effective messaging.
- Craft content for CRM and ensure it's tailored to the relevant audience segments.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all platforms for both Discover Saudi and Mawasim.
- Draft infographics, flyers, and other brand collaterals with clear, concise copy.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and communicates value.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, Arabic Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in editorial management, content creation, or a related role.
- Understanding of the Saudi culture and dialects across the regions.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Arabic, with attention to detail and cultural nuances.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including CMS, SEM, CRM, and social media.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
