Specialist Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary intensive care environment alongside intensivists, surgeons, emergency physicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced ICU facilities and modern organ support infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist-level management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma, and postoperative patients within the intensive care unit
- Manage patients requiring advanced organ support including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic monitoring, renal replacement therapy coordination, and sepsis management
- Perform critical care procedures including airway management, central venous access, invasive monitoring, and other ICU procedures according to clinical privileges
- Participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds and collaborate with consultants, nursing teams, respiratory therapists, pharmacy, and allied healthcare professionals
- Support clinical decision-making, patient and family communication, goals-of-care discussions, and ethical care planning
- Contribute to ICU protocols, infection prevention measures, clinical audits, simulation training, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs
Requirements

Specialist Critical Care Physician candidates holding recognized qualifications such as:
- American Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine
- UK CCT / FFICM / MRCP or FRCA pathway
- European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian CICM Fellowship
- Arab Board
- MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognized specialist qualification
