Job Description
Job Purpose:
The
Digital Services Development Specialist supports the
design, development, and enhancement of digital services across RTA. The role focuses on
digital project coordination,
system integration,
user experience improvement, and ensuring compliance with
governance and
information security standards to improve
operational efficiency and service quality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance indicators for digital systems and services
- Coordinate digital service development projects, including requirements definition and execution tracking
- Prepare monthly performance and progress reports covering workflow, costs, risks, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with RTA governance frameworks and information security policies
- Support system integration, upgrades, and enhancements across digital platforms
- Manage contracts and invoices using the Maximo system
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital services
- Report and follow up on information security incidents in line with policies
Qualifications
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital services development, IT systems, or digital projects
