Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with over 18 years of experience, including significant exposure to ADNOC upstream projects. The role is primarily office-based, focusing on engineering design, review, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering design, calculations, and technical evaluations
- Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and documents
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, instrumentation, process)
- Provide technical support during project execution and procurement
- Review vendor documents and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, and technical meetings
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in oil & gas industry
- Strong experience in ADNOC projects (mandatory)
- Proven experience in upstream projects
- Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
