Beko Global is Hiring Specialist Engineer-Incoming Quality

Summery:

Ensure that no defective raw materials, sub-assemblies or parts reach the manufacturing line of the customer. Thus, it focuses on the qualification of raw materials and supplied parts from the customer's standpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct Supplier quality management
  • Enter / Manage data of inspection result to / with SAP
  • Create Inspection Report
  • Write and review 8D reports
  • Communicate with responsible Operating Product Unit / suppliers people
  • Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure
  • Facilitate RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) as needed
  • Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence
  • Responsible for managing and supervising the Incoming Quality Assurance department and its technicians/inspectors in the day-to-day execution of customer/departments requests for incoming inspection.
  • Responsible for mentoring, conduct performance reviews, creating training plans and delivering training to technicians/inspectors, in addition to identifying staff development needs in areas such as GMP training, technical skills, safety, performance management and best practices.
  • Collect data and execute/conduct various analytical/statistical analysis and interpretation as part of process improvements and day-to-day support. Develop, interpret and/or implement standard and non-standard sampling plans.

Competencies, Education and Other Knowledge/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material and Metallurgy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering departments
  • 3 years of experience in Quality Department of a production facility,
  • Having experience in household, automotive or similar electrical appliances,
  • Having experience in reading safety standards, regulations and adapting to related product group,
  • Having knowledge of MS Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,
