Summery:
This position spearheads productivity and cost improvement initiatives, manages project budgets, analyses facility capacity, leads new product launch process, and develops creative production and material handling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading new & current active molds and production equipment investments,
- Managing and leading part production process,
- Following and learning new production technologies & processes,
- Evaluating the current process and creating cost & quality advantages,
- Participating in R&D projects for improving new products and new processes,
- Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.
Competencies, Education and Other Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Experience in Mold for 3 years.
- Having experience in sheet metal forming
- Experience sheet metal tooling systems and tool operation layout
- Basic Knowledge sheet metal processing presses, multioperation transfer press and mechanical press production techniques.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems.
- Knowledge of steel and aluminum material properties
- Having experience jigs and fixtures
- Knowledge about CAD/CAM systems (Siemens NX is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs,
