Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in infectious disease management, specifically related to HAI prevention and TB programs.
  • A Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Microbiology, or a related field; a Doctorate in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in infection control practices, policies, and guidelines, including knowledge of local and international public health standards.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing statistical software tools for epidemiological investigations.
  • Strong understanding of TB transmission patterns, screening practices, treatment regimens, and public health initiatives aimed at reducing TB incidence.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of educational training modules for healthcare staff and community health advocates.
  • Capacity to manage complex projects, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and program evaluation metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and engage diverse stakeholders in multidisciplinary healthcare settings.

Job Responsibilities:
