Role Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our team as Bilingual Rater Specialist in Turkish Language from Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will work closely with AI systems to design, evaluate, and refine prompts, ensuring high-quality outputs through structured research and critical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and translate findings into clear, structured, and actionable content
- Design and refine prompt requirements based on testing and iterative improvements
- Analyze AI-generated outputs to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for enhancement
- Perform red teaming to uncover weaknesses, edge cases, and potential failure points in prompts and responses
- Continuously improve prompt performance through experimentation and feedback loops
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outputs with project guidelines and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively
- Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
- Educational or professional background in Psychology, Social Sciences, Anthropology, or related fields .
- Strong hold on Turkish Language and proficient in English.
- Understanding of human behavior, cognition, and decision-making patterns .
