The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the integrity of our organization's assets, infrastructure, and systems. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Integrity:u00A0Provide technical expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate potential integrity risks to our organization's assets, infrastructure, and systems.
- Risk Assessment:u00A0Conduct risk assessments to identify potential integrity threats and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
- Compliance:u00A0Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures related to integrity.
- Standards and Procedures:u00A0Develop, review, and update technical standards and procedures to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Asset Management:u00A0Collaborate with asset management teams to ensure that integrity requirements are integrated into asset management plans and strategies.
- Incident Investigation:u00A0Participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Training and Awareness:u00A0Provide training and awareness programs to employees on integrity-related topics, including risks, procedures, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement:u00A0Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, engineering, and regulatory teams, to ensure that integrity requirements are integrated into their plans and activities.
- Data Analysis:u00A0Analyze data and trends to identify potential integrity risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Reporting and Metrics:u00A0Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of integrity programs and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, physics, or materials science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an integrity-related role, preferably in a technical field.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as materials science, corrosion, mechanics, and failure analysis.
- Relevant certifications, such as API 510, API 570, or ASME certifications, are an asset.
- u00A0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- u00A0Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to integrity.
