We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Payers Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling solutions and services to healthcare insurance companies (payers). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare payer sales, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling with a proven ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers within insurance carriers, managed care organizations (MCOs), and third-party administrators (TPAs).

Role Overview – BFSI SME (Riyadh):

We are looking to onboard a seasoned BFSI Specialist to strengthen our presence in the Banking & Financial Services sector. This is a strategic hire aimed at driving IT services growth within Banking clients across the region. Experience Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BFSI, with a strong track record in IT services or consulting. Should be a mature candidate with an ability to both get and deliver business from the services domain. A must to have strong C level connect with the current Banking Accounts across both KSA as well as Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop IT services opportunities within Banking and Financial Services accounts • Leverage deep domain expertise to engage meaningfully with Banking stakeholders at all levels • Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert to clients, providing insight into industry trends, challenges, and relevant technology solutions.

Ideal Profile

• A hybrid professional who combines strong sales acumen with deep BFSI domain knowledge • Proven ability to both build pipeline from the ground up and convert opportunities into tangible revenue • Well-networked within the Banking sector, ideally with existing relationships across financial institutions in the region • Someone who can speak the language of both the business and technology stakeholders.
