Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely coordination of Macro raw materials and packaging materials used in production
- Prepare material purchase schedule based on analysis of sales forecast, and RM competitive cost
- Evaluate and maintain material planning parameters in ERP
- Standardize material planning processes across all manufacturing centers
- Evaluate suppliers base, performance, and technical ability to ensure reliability.
- Provide detailed ongoing analysis (S&D) of the materials situation in supply chain (direct sales and finished goods sales).
- Using analytical and quantitative methods to understand forecast to improve ordering costs.
- Develop capacity planning with manufacturing to verify the forecast.
- Analyze and validate the forecast for S&OP.
- Insuring material availability by minimizing inventory and avoiding any excess to reduce direct costs and securing maximum possible profitability.
- Following material requirements generation as per agreed purchasing strategy and the demand.
- Develop and implement best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business with lowest cost possible.
- Explore alternative material specifications that are required to fulfil the business plan to increase profitability.
- Incorporate storage policies in MRP scenarios with safety department to lower material loss import.
- Coordinate with sales, inbound, formulation, shipping, material management, R&D, Al-Emar and Procurement.
Coordinate with Planning Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering or related feild.
