Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with orthopedic disorders, injuries, and degenerative conditions
- Perform a range of surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repairs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and patient needs
- Collaborate with physical therapists and rehabilitation teams to ensure effective recovery and rehabilitation processes
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, surgical procedures, and expected outcomes
- Maintain clear and accurate medical records for all patient interactions and treatments
- Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic surgery techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Significant experience in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgeries
- Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy and surgical techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
