Job Requirements:
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent with specialization in Pathology recognized by relevant medical boards.
- Minimum of 15 years of post-residency experience in anatomical pathology and cytology, with a robust portfolio of diagnostic cases.
- Board certification in anatomic pathology and cytopathology, with necessary state licensure to practice medicine.
- Proficiency in advanced diagnostic techniques, including immunohistochemistry, molecular pathology, and digital pathology technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage pathology services, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance improvements, and adherence to accreditation standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with medical staff, patients, and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive histopathological examinations and cytopathological evaluations to deliver precise diagnostic services.
- Collaborate with oncologists, surgeons, and other specialists to provide integrated patient care and optimize diagnostic pathways.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement projects to enhance diagnostic accuracy and turnaround times within the pathology department.
- Participate in tumor board meetings to discuss challenging cases and contribute insights for case management and treatment planning.
