Abou Role:
- Conduct advanced petrophysical analysis to evaluate reservoir characteristics and resource extraction potential.
- Integrate core data with seismic reservoir characterization to enhance subsurface understanding.
- Perform acoustic, nuclear, resistivity, and NMR logging to gather critical subsurface data.
- Develop and execute formation testing and sampling programs to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze petrophysical uncertainty and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, and reservoir engineers to optimize exploration and development operations.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of log acquisition and processing activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on petrophysical findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on advancements in petrophysical technologies and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
Qualification & Experience:u00A0
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of petrophysical analysis and logging techniques.
- Proficiency in using petrophysical software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in petrophysical analysis and reservoir characterization.
- Experience in exploration and development operations within the oil and gas industry.
