The Specialist Physician in Emergency Medicine & Critical Care will be a pivotal member of the medical team, delivering expert acute care to patients requiring immediate intervention in critical situations. Job Requirements:
- A Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care Medicine.
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Emergency Medicine or Critical Care is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care settings, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of expertise in advanced resuscitation techniques and complex case management, including trauma, cardiac arrest, and multisystem failures.
- Current medical licensure and board certification in Emergency Medicine and/or Critical Care.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and metrics to enhance clinical outcomes and operations.
- Experience conducting clinical research or active engagement in medical education and training programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical assessment and management for critically ill patients in the emergency department.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary medical teams during emergency situations to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance the quality of care in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care.
- Mentor and train resident physicians and medical students in best practices for emergency and critical care decision-making.
