About Dubai Health

We are Dubai's first integrated academic health system established to elevate the standard of care and to advance health for humanity. Dubai Health is comprised of 6 hospitals, 26 ambulatory health centers and 21 medical fitness centers, Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences and Al Jalila Foundation. Knowledge and Skills Required:

• A strong understanding of clinical practices, procedures, and healthcare delivery systems is essential.


• In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements is crucial


• Expertise in managing the accreditation process for healthcare facilities, including knowledge of the requirements and standards set by accrediting bodies, and experience in guiding organizations through the accreditation proce

• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best pract

ics.
• Skills in identifying areas for quality improvement within the organization, conducting audits and assessments, and implementing measures to drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and se

• Proficiency in analyzing data related to quality and compliance, and the ability to generate reports and insights to support decision-making and quality improvement ini

tiatves.
• Project management skills in planning, executing, and overseeing accreditation and compliance-related initiatives, including the ability to lead and manage projects focused on quality and

omplance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, provide guidance to staff, and serve as a resource for interpreting and applying regulatory requirements and international accreditati

on stadards.
• Ability to provide leadership in accreditation and compliance matters, including providing training, education, and support to staff at all levels of th

• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to address complex quality and compliance challenges within the health
