Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring Specialist (Retail Sales).
What will you do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
- Develop a deep understanding of the golf carts product line, including features, specifications, and customization options.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including after-sales service and warranty claims.
What will you need
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, mobility, or retail industry.
- Experience in B2C sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
