Specialist / Senior Specialist - Contracts & Commercial (Oil & Gas)

Job Purpose:
To manage procurement, contracts, and commercial activities for oil & gas projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, contract compliance, and successful project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Specialist: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Specialist: 8-12+ years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Experience:

• Civil Projects - Procurement and contract management for construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects.
• Finance - Cost analysis, budgeting, commercial evaluations, and financial assessments.
• Insurance - Review of contractual insurance requirements, risk mitigation, and claims support.
• Audit - Procurement compliance, documentation control, and audit support.
• PMC/EPC Projects - Experience handling contracts and procurement activities within PMC and EPC environments.
• General Procurement - End-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration.
