Job Description

Job Purpose

Execute strategic and operational activities for service provider centers by managing agreements, performance, grievances, inspections, and improvement studies to ensure compliance, service quality, and effective implementation of licensing-related requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

Prepare and develop standards for evaluating service provider performance.

Conduct analytical studies to identify development and improvement opportunities.

Coordinate approval of marketing and awareness campaigns to ensure alignment with Authority policies.

Operations

Follow up with service providers to meet all requirements for opening and operating licensing centers.

Prepare and follow the implementation of agreements with service providers in coordination with internal authorities.

Conduct field visits to assess service delivery and recommend improvements.

Ensure implementation of policies, circulars, and procedures by service providers and act on violations.

Periodically analyze and evaluate service provider performance and prepare required reports.

Receive grievances from service providers, verify documentation, follow procedures, and

submit cases to the Unified Grievance Committee.

Manage bidding activities for establishing new service provider centers with the concerned departments.

Product / Process Improvement

Recommend improvements based on performance analysis and field observations.

Support enhancement of operations by identifying service-delivery gaps and proposing corrective actions.

Physical Working Conditions

Role requires routine field visits to service provider centers and service delivery sites.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years in case of Master's degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor's degree, 11+ years in case of Diploma)
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management
  • Certification such as Quality Management certification
