Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Specialist (Talent Management).
What will you do
- Organization Development: support OD projects including culture programs, Competency framework, and change management.
- Learning & Development Administration: coordinate L&D activities, manage training calendars and ensure accurate documentation.
- Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal cycle, ensure timely completion, and provide guide managers and employees.
- Employee Surveys: Plan, execute, and analyze employee surveys to identify trends and recommend action plans.
- Talent Programs: Assist in succession Planning, Career Development programs, and high-Potential employee initiatives.
- Data Reporting: Prepare reports on engagement, training effectiveness and performance metrics for management review.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR Policies and procedures across all talent Management activities.
- Vendor Coordination: liaise with external training providers and consultants for program delivery.
- Support HR Projects: participate in cross -Functional HR Projects and initiatives as needed.
- Employee communications: Manage employee communication with the company and external portals.
What will you need
- Strong communication skills and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships.
- Knowledge of OD principles and L&D best practices.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Visual tools, MS Excel and reporting skills.
- 3-5 years in Talent Management or L&D.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
