Specialist Technical Support

We are seeking an experienced SpecialistTechnical Support with strong expertise in Oracle HCM/Oracle Fusion to support enterprise HR systems. This is a full-time, office-based role with normal working hours and an urgent requirement.

Role Overview

The Specialist Technical Support will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, customization, and maintenance of Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring system stability and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion modules
• Handle system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Support integrations, reports, and technical enhancements
• Coordinate with functional teams and external vendors
• Ensure optimal system performance and reliability
• Prepare technical documentation and provide system guidance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• 68 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
• Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM technical components
• Arabic speaker preferred
