Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Specialist (Treasury & DCM).
What will you do
Cash Flow Management:
- Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow statements by recording all cash inflows and outflows daily, segmented according to the Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Perform actual versus plan analysis and provide regular cash flow forecasts to management for informed decision-making.
Intercompany Accounting:
- Ensure timely completion of intercompany confirmations for Raya subsidiaries on a monthly basis.
- Verify the accurate recording of intercompany account balances on Raya Holding's balance sheet to facilitate consolidation of financial statements.
Treasury Operations & Reporting:
- Ensure financial treasury transactions, such as subsidiary transfers, bank transactions, and loan installments, are recorded accurately and on time in the financial system to support the completion of monthly financial statements.
- Prepare daily and monthly cash position reports, capturing all cash collection activities, supplier payments, and bank facilities to assess cash surpluses or deficits.
- Manage cash collection and disbursement processes to ensure sufficient liquidity for Raya Holding's cash needs.
Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Transactions:
- Participate as a key member in all Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions for Raya Group, assisting in the preparation of documents, processes, and due diligence on securitization deals.
- Follow up on existing DCM outstanding offerings to ensure timely collections and performance of Raya bonds.
- Assist in managing relationships with regulatory bodies, such as the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), and MCDR, ensuring all queries and filings are addressed to meet regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to DCM transactions by satisfying regular queries and submitting required regulatory filings to authorities like EGX, FRA, and MCDR.
- Follow up on key trends, pricing dynamics, and changes in the Egyptian and regional DCM markets, regularly reporting key market updates to management.
Securitization Management: (SPV side)
- Handle 8 outstanding securitization issuances, including preparation and submission of related legal and regulatory documents in compliance with authorities such as EGX, FRA, and MCDR.
- Monitor the performance of existing securitization transactions to ensure timely collections and compliance with terms.
What will you need
- Minimum 4 years.

- Advanced writing and reporting skills
- Advanced understanding of financial treasury concepts and principles
- High level of concern for quality and accuracy in all work
Business level:
- Full awareness of Raya's business code of conduct
- Basic awareness of Raya Group's diversified portfolio.
- Should worked before on issuing securitization transactions (SPV side).
