Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Valgerand Nordic Grill, located in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista with strong coffee art expertise to deliver high-quality specialty coffee and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of coffee preparation, milk texturing, espresso extraction, and latte art, and takes pride in both taste and presentation. Creating positive and engaging experiences for guests is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional barista in a specialty coffee environment
• Latte art skills are essential (ability to produce consistent designs)
• Understanding of coffee beans, roasting levels, and flavor profiles
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and focus on delivering memorable experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
