Primary Responsibilities:
Region: Egypt, Libya and Sudan
Market Education:
- Promote company products and solutions through various channels, including presentations, seminars, and marketing materials.
- Conduct technical presentations and provide training to educate specifiers about company products and solutions.
- Provide technical support, product knowledge, and guidance.
Specification and CRM Tracking
- Identify and engage with specifiers (architects, consultants, developers) early in the design process to influence product selection.
- Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and ensure a unified approach to product specification.
- Maintain and update CRM and specification tracking systems to monitor project progress and track specifications.
Building Relationship with Professionals across the market
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure product specifications.
- Plan and conduct quarter/annual activities relevant to PR development.
Creating Sales
- Deliver increased brand awareness and higher sales results in innovative and new products in the Region through projects and specification demand generation.
- Increase pipeline and conversion rate with existing products & new product lines.
- Increase specified pipeline and ensuring progressive product specification which is difficult to break by the competition.
- Work closely with the project sales team to both support and fully maximize the project business across the region.
- identify key channels and relevant targets in the region: Hotels - Residential - Healthcare and respective primary professionals targets.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in fine art or architecture.
- Business fluent English and Arabic.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable senior position.
- Same Industry or Related is a MUST.
- Experience in Specification of the same products category.
- Market knowledge of the region.
- Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
- Technical expertise in interior design and bathroom products.
- Experience in Sales/ or Marketing within B2B environment.
- Willingness to frequent and short business trips.
