Speech Language Pathologist

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is looking for a qualified and passionate Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients based on clinical needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, psychologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Follow professional, clinical, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
