Speech Language Pathologist

Speak and Tweak is a dedicated center that provides carefully designed therapeutic programs to support children's speech, communication, and overall development. Our services include speech and language therapy, sensory integration, occupational therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and specialized programs for eating disorders and comprehensive psychological and cognitive evaluations. Additionally, we offer family support and community awareness initiatives to ensure holistic care for our clients. Located in Dammam, our mission is to empower children to communicate, thrive, and live confidently.

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role located in Dammam. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication issues in children. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized therapy plans, providing support for disorders such as dysphagia, and collaborating with families to achieve communication goals. Additionally, the Speech Therapist will participate in creating a supportive therapeutic environment and contribute to family education and community awareness programs.

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech Disorders
• Proficiency in assessing and addressing Communication and Language Disorders
• Experience in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and associated challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Hold a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Speech Therapy
• Experience in working with children and families is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam
