The Role
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join the Bloom team on a commission-based salary, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried role in the future.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and provide individual, group, and consultative speech therapy sessions
- Develop and implement therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve individualized goals
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback and progress reports for students and families
- Liaise with other professionals and agencies involved in student care
- Maintain organized records and manage a busy, varied caseload effectively
What We're Looking For
- DHA license or eligibility letter as an SLT (mandatory)
- Minimum 23 years pediatric experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and time-management abilities
- UAE driving license (recommended)
- Candidate must hold their own visa
- Experience in Dubai schools or nurseries (advantage)
