Split Unit Sales Manager for the Home Appliances / Air Conditioning business, based in Maadi.
Role Level: Senior Management (Managerial Level)
Key Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of solid experience specifically in split air conditioning sales.
- Strong exposure to dealer and channel sales management.
- Candidates are preferred from direct competitors within the same industry, such as Carrier, Sharp, LG, or Haier.
- This role is not suitable for junior profiles or sales engineers; it requires a seasoned manager.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance management.
- Ability to design and execute selling strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong capability in building, expanding, and managing dealer sales networks.
- Active involvement in marketing direction, go-to-market plans, and pricing strategies.
- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in sales reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
