Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and securing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, generating new business leads, developing relationships with both existing and potential clients, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to exceed sales targets while meeting the company's high standards of client service.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sales strategies to drive revenue and ensure business growth
  • Strong ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain strong client relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and experience in conference or event management is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
