Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Sponsorship Manager with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships and sponsorships that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Potential Sponsors: Research and identify potential sponsors within the crypto industry, including blockchain companies, crypto exchanges, and related businesses.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their sponsorship needs and goals.
- Develop Sponsorship Proposals: Create compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to the needs and objectives of each potential sponsor. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure proposals align with our brand and messaging.
- Negotiate Sponsorship Agreements: Lead negotiations with sponsors to secure mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements. Ensure that agreements are clear, comprehensive, and meet legal and compliance requirements.
- Manage Sponsorship Activation: Oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring that sponsors receive the promised benefits and exposure. Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver on sponsorship commitments.
- Track and Report on Sponsorship ROI: Monitor and measure the impact of sponsorships on brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Stay Informed About Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto and blockchain industry to identify new sponsorship opportunities and industry trends.
Qualification:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 Years of experience in sponsorship management, with a focus on the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Deep Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the crypto ecosystem.
- Networking Skills: Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with key industry players.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques and contract management.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to develop innovative sponsorship proposals and activation strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering measurable results and ROI through sponsorships.
