Aspire Middle East is hiring on behalf of a leading events agency based in Dubai.
We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across a high-profile portfolio of international B2B events focused on hospitality and investment sectors. This is a strategic, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on revenue generation, relationship management, and long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sponsorship sales for a portfolio of flagship events, securing high-value partnerships
- Develop and run commercial strategies that align with the agency&aposs growth objectives
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across key markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to create and deliver sponsorship packages
- Use CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track performance, and report on revenue forecasts
- Contribute to onsite rebooking strategies and long-term partnership development
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years&apos proven sales experience, ideally within the events or B2B services sector
- Strong experience of closing complex, high-value sponsorship deals
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust both internally and externally
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
