YOUR WINNING PLAY
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Sports Center & Shooting Club
- Manage bookings, memberships, guest enquiries, and reservations
- Deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences
- Support events, competitions, training sessions, and club activities
- Maintain schedules, records, reports, and operational documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold safety, operational, and service excellence standards
- Assist with inventory control, equipment scheduling, and facility coordination
CAN YOU HIT THE TARGET
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in sports, leisure, hospitality, recreation, or customer-facing environments is an advantage
