Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Sports Specialist. The Sports Specialist will oversee sports coaching for various activities, including football, design and implement training sessions, and provide mentorship and guidance to teams and individuals. Additionally, the role involves promoting sports activities, organizing events or competitions, and supporting university initiatives to encourage student participation in physical activities. Collaboration with other departments to align sports programs with the university's values and objectives will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sports Coaching with a strong focus on Football and general Coaching expertise.
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and promotion of sports programs or events is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple sports activities and ensure their successful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in a second language and prior experience in an educational setting will be considered a plus.
