Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager leads and grows key client accounts across GCC and regional markets. This role combines strong client relationship management with solid digital marketing expertise, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with client objectives.

Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, the Senior Account Manager translates business goals into actionable plans while maintaining high-quality delivery across Social Media and Performance Marketing channels.

 Key Responsibilities

 1. Client Relationship Management

* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

* Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable briefs

* Manage expectations through clear and proactive communication

 2. Internal Coordination & Delivery

* Coordinate daily with content, design, and performance teams

* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns

* Prepare clear and structured briefs for internal teams

* Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables

* Ensure alignment between client goals, strategy, and execution

3. Project & Performance Oversight

* Monitor campaign progress and ensure execution of monthly plans

* Identify risks or challenges early and provide proactive solutions

* Ensure campaigns meet performance and quality expectations

 4. Strategic Support

* Support strategy development and campaign planning

* Contribute to reporting and client presentations

* Provide insights to improve performance and client satisfaction

 Qualifications & Skills

* 4–6+ years of experience in Account Management within a digital agency

* Experience managing Social Media and Performance Marketing accounts

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing processes and workflows

* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)

* Fluent in English and Arabic

 Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in E-commerce accounts

* Experience working with GCC clients (especially KSA)
