Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi for a Senior Account Manager at INJAZ TECH. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored IT solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing account portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining consistent communication with clients, addressing issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Expertise in IT solutions consulting and understanding of diverse technologies and tools
• Proficiency in strategic planning, sales, negotiation, and contract management

• Prior experience in the IT industry or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related area strongly preferred
