Honeywell Process Automation is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth across Oil & Gas and Power customers in Kuwait. The role is responsible for managing strategic accounts, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through effective account planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts across Oil & Gas and Power sectors
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer strategy and Honeywell objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity closure
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Services, Finance, Legal) to deliver competitive solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities including digital and lifecycle solutions

Qualifications

 Minimum 7+ years of sales/account management experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Power

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong background in process automation or industrial solutions is preferred
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts
  • Strong skills in relationship management, forecasting, and account planning
  • Arabic speaker preferred
  • Fluent in English
