Sr. BIM Architect

Title:

Professional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure and/or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) and Saudi Building Code (SBC). Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.

Productivity & Technical Requirements

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Experience in preparing and implementing a BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Proficient in Autodesk Revit with BIM modeling at LOD 200, 300, and 400. Ability to develop detailed 2D drawings derived from BIM models, including:

• Plans
• Sections
• Elevations
• Architectural details

Implementation of BIM standards, including:

• LOD definitions
• Shared parameters
• Naming conventions
• Work-sharing environments

Effective coordination with engineers, architects, and clients to align BIM models and drawings. Experience in building interiors, exterior works, site development, and underground utilities BIM modeling. Knowledge of MTO (Material Take-Off) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Proficient in Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and preparation of coordination reports. Previous site visit and site coordination experience is required.
