ABOUT SQUATWOLF

SQUATWOLF is a performance wear brand born in Dubai, celebrating everyday progress. Founder-led, growing across the GCC and international markets, and building out a wholesale channel that already ships to leading gym chains and institutional buyers across the region. B2B is a strategic pillar for the next five years, the uniforms vertical is a defining part of that.

THE ROLE

You'll lead the uniforms program end-to-end. That means owning the pipeline, building account plans country-by-country, closing new business, growing existing customers, and shaping the product and service offer with our design and operations teams so the program stays winnable.

You'll work directly under the Head of Sales. Your focus is exclusively on uniforms, gym chains, government buyers, corporate wellness and institutional accounts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar (and the wider GCC as opportunity dictates).

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • The uniforms P&L: Both revenue and gross margin against annual targets. Not just top-line, you're accountable for the profitability of the accounts you close.
  • The hit list: A named account list across each GCC market, gym chains, government organisations, corporate wellness programs, and hospitality/institutional buyers with recurring uniform needs.
  • Inbound conversion: Own every inbound lead that comes through the uniforms channel. Qualify fast, quote accurately, close cleanly.
  • Outbound hunting: Proactive outreach to target accounts in each country. Build relationships with heads of operations, procurement teams, gym owners and franchise groups before they issue a tender.
  • Tender + procurement: Manage the RFP and tender process for government and institutional accounts, from spec review to submission to award.
  • Program design: Work with our design, product and operations teams to keep the continuity offer sharp, sizing runs, embroidery/customisation, replenishment cadence, lead times.
  • Reporting rhythm: Weekly pipeline updates with the Head of Sales. Monthly forecast and margin review with the leadership team. Quarterly account plans, refreshed live.
  • Represent SQUATWOLF: At industry events across the GCC, trade shows, gym openings, fitness expos, government procurement forums.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fitness industry sales background,essential: 3-5 years in B2B sales within the fitness industry. Ideally a mix of time inside a gym operator or fitness brand plus a commercial B2B sales role. You understand what a gym floor needs from its uniforms and how a gym chain buys them.
  • GCC market fluency: You've sold across the GCC, or at minimum across the UAE, and know how buying cycles work in this region for both private chains and government.
  • Hunter, not farmer: You get energy from building a hit list from scratch, opening doors that were closed yesterday, and closing your first deal in a country you've never sold in before.
  • Commercially sharp: You can hold your margin in a negotiation. You know when to walk away from a low-margin volume deal versus when to accept it to open a strategic account.
  • Structured operator: Comfortable running a CRM, keeping a live pipeline forecast, and delivering against quarterly and annual targets. You'll be trusted with real ownership, you need to run the program like it's yours.
  • English essential; Arabic strongly preferred: GCC government sales and much of the KSA private sector run in Arabic. If you don't speak it, you'll need a clear plan for how you'll operate.
