We're Hiring: Experienced Collections Officer – Banking Sector

Location- Sharjah

Language Requirement- Fluent in English (Arabic advantage)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Officer to join our team and drive effective debt recovery strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery

• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular collection reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections within the banking or financial services sector

• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections processes, and regulatory standards

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets
