We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (UAEN) to support strategic initiatives, policy development, and economic sector transformation projects, based in Dubai. This role will work closely with government stakeholders and economic sector leaders to design and deliver strategic projects, support policy development, review legislation, and contribute to initiatives that drive sustainable economic growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, economic development, public sector advisory, or government transformation
- Experience with Big Four consulting firms or leading global consultancies is highly preferred
- Previous experience with Abu Dhabi government entities or Center of Government functions is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, policy formulation, and legislative review
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex audit findings clearly and professionally.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support strategic economic development projects from concept to implementation
- Conduct policy analysis and support the development of economic policies and frameworks
- Review existing legislation, regulations, and governance models to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Engage with government entities and key stakeholders to gather insights and drive project outcomes
- Support benchmarking, research, and best-practice assessments across economic sectors
- Contribute to transformation initiatives and programs aligned with economic priorities
