We are looking for a Senior Content Creator & Copywriter with strong B2B experience and a proven portfolio to lead content production across our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

Write high-quality, conversion-focused content across: Websites & landing pages

Social media platforms Paid campaigns (ads copy) Email marketing

Corporate decks & presentations

Develop clear, persuasive, and business-driven messaging tailored for B2B audiences

Translate complex business, technical, or service-based concepts into simple, compelling content

B2B Content Development

Create content targeting: SMEs

Enterprise clients

Decision-makers C-level, founders, operators) Produce content that supports:

Lead generation Brand positioning

Product/service education

Adapt tone and messaging based on industry SaaS, Consulting, Education, construction, etc.)

Content Execution & Optimization

Deliver content aligned with campaign objectives and performance goals Optimize content for:

Conversion CRO mindset)

SEO basics (structure, keywords, readability)

Continuously improve messaging based on performance insights and testing

Multi-Brand Content Production

Create and adapt content across multiple brands within the T&S ecosystem Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and quality across all outputs

Handle high-volume content production while maintaining quality standards

Key Requirements

Experience

4+: 6 years of experience in content creation and copywriting Strong background in B2B content

Experience working across multiple industries or brands is a plus

Portfolio (Mandatory)

Proven portfolio showcasing: Website & landing page copy

Campaign creatives (ads, social, email) B2B content samples

Ability to demonstrate impact-driven content (lead generation, conversions,

engagement)

Skills

Strong copywriting and storytelling ability

Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content Experience writing for multiple formats and channels Understanding of performance-driven content CRO mindset)

Basic knowledge of SEO and content structure

Nice to Have

Experience in GCC markets

Background in SaaS, education, or consulting industries Experience working with performance marketing teams

Personal Attributes

Detail-oriented and quality-driven

Fast executor with strong ownership mindset Creative with a strong business understanding

Able to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
