Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management – Mandatory
• Specialization in Contracts / Commercial Management – Preferred
• Strong hands-on contracts and procurement experience may substitute for formal specialization

Required Courses / Certifications

• FIDIC Training (practical application is essential)
• PMP – Advantage
• Procurement / Tendering Courses – Preferred
• Claims Management / Contract Law Training – Preferred

Required Experience – Sr. Contracts & Procurement Engineer (PMC Level)

10–12+ years of experience

• Candidate must understand logistics constraints and procurement challenges in marine works
• Exposure to:
• Imported materials
• Specialized contractors
