The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the strategic marketing direction for the company's luxury hospitality and asset management portfolio. The role is responsible for driving brand value, asset performance, and commercial outcomes through best-in-class marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in luxury and hospitality, a strong understanding of asset lifecycle marketing, and a proven ability to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Asset Performance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance asset value, drive revenue, and support the long-term performance of hospitality assets.
- Partner closely with Asset Management, Commercial, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with asset-level objectives (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, F&B revenue, branded residences, etc.).
- Support new asset launches, repositioning, and refurbishment projects through targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, brand, PR, social, partnerships, events, and performance media.
- Deliver high-impact seasonal, tactical, and brand-led campaigns to drive demand, awareness, and guest acquisition.
- Ensure campaigns are insight-led, creatively strong, and performance-driven, with clear KPIs and ROI measurement.
Brand & Luxury Positioning
- Safeguard and elevate luxury brand positioning across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of brand storytelling, visual identity, and tone of voice across assets and channels.
- Work with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to maintain premium brand standards.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing strategy including paid media, social media, CRM, website optimisation, and marketing automation.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation, and personalisation.
- Drive continuous optimisation of campaigns to maximise return on marketing investment.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Manage and influence senior internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and asset owners.
- Lead relationships with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies to deliver best-in-class outputs.
- Collaborate with hotel operators, brand partners, and third-party stakeholders where applicable.
Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish clear governance, processes, and best practices across campaign planning, approvals, and execution.
- Own and manage marketing budgets with strong financial discipline and accountability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with significant leadership experience in luxury hospitality and/or luxury asset-led businesses.
- Proven track record of delivering successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong understanding of hospitality asset management, hotel marketing, and revenue drivers.
- Deep experience working with agencies and managing complex campaign ecosystems.
- Highly commercial, data-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting multiple assets or portfolios (hotels, resorts, branded residences, lifestyle destinations).
- Exposure to new openings, rebranding, or repositioning campaigns.
- Experience working with ultra-luxury or premium hospitality brands.
